When Dr. Liu founded Beach Cities Laser Vision, she set out to create something unique for her patients and community: a vision correction center where patients get to know their surgeon before the surgery and who continues to perform their post-op exams. We strive to combine the efficiencies of the latest technology with the soul of a family-run business, putting patients, staff, and our surrounding community first.

*Patients who have had previous vision correction surgery or who may be candidates for lens replacement (typically age 50+) require additional diagnostic testing.
A $200 evaluation fee applies and is credited toward your procedure if you move forward with surgery.

Late Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

Dr. Erica Liu is one of the West Coast’s most credentialed, experienced, and trusted eye surgeons and one of few surgeons in the country who does all five FDA approved vision correction procedures regularly. She’s performed more than 10,000 procedures and pioneered new techniques that make eye surgery safer and more effective than ever.
